Return Policy

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell. Superior customer service is our top priority.

General guidelines for your return or exchange.
• Returns of seasonal or discounted merchandise will not be allowed.
• A valid driver's license is required for all returns - (No I.d. = No Return).
• All missing, damanged or defective items must be reported within 24hrs of purchase.
• Refunds over $500 will receive a check within 14 business days.
• Refunds may be subject to a restocking fees.
• Some items may require customer to contact manufacturer before approving return.

Returns with a receipt within 30 days.
• Purchases made with cash will receive a cash refund if refund amount is under $500.
• Purchases made with a check will receive a refund only after the check has cleared.
• Purchases made with a credit card or a debit card will be refunded to the card.
• Purchases made with gift cards can only be returned for gift cards.

Returns without a receipt.
• If a receipt is not able to be provided on a regular stock item, the item must be in salable condition upon return, the item will be refunded at the lowest price in the last 90 days, subject to management approval.

Exceptions concerning your refund or exchange.
• The following items cannot be returned: firearms, compound bows, crossbows, trail cameras, ammunition, custom made products, tinted paint, gift cards, opened non-defective electronics and electrical products.
• All special order items cannot be returned.
• Outdoor power equipment including chainsaws, generators, pressure washers, lawn mowers, e-bikes and like items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. These items must not have been used, must be in original package, and no gas or oil was put into them. Products must be in new condition with all packaging to receive a refund. If item(s) does not meet these rules, customer must take to an authorized service center for repair. Repairs not covered under warranty are the responsibility of the customer.
• The Company reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time and for any reason. Refunds will not be issued if customer has oustanding balances with the company.
